Successful pivot from SMB to Enterprise clients, resulting in an ACV boost of over 10x through a strategic repositioning of product and revamp of pricing strategy establishing an Enterprise SaaS pricing model scaling profits and revenue. Refined product-market fit, aligning the product to client needs and establishing a targeted GTM strategy by industry and location for business expansion. Established the end to end RFP and contract processes, leading to successful 7-figure deal closure.
