Kingston 8 is an independent strategic and operating advisory platform focused on pre-deal strategy and post-deal execution. We work with growth-stage ventures and multinationals across SaaS, supply chain, consumer products, and e-commerce, spanning the full customer value chain. We help founders, boards, and investors create and capture value at scale.

Revenue Growth & Expansion

We identify and activate the key levers of growth, whether that is pricing strategy, go-to-market precision, customer segmentation, or geographic and category expansion. Through proprietary frameworks and operating experience, these levers have supported outcomes such as revenue uplift through category expansion and market capture, step-changes in ACV, 7-figure enterprise contracts, and first revenues in new geographies. Our role is to provide the tools and discipline that allow leadership teams to activate these levers with speed and confidence, while aligning execution with board-level priorities.

These include cost-to-serve economics, process redesign, organisational alignment, and technology enablement — all aimed at strengthening unit economics. Through applied transformation frameworks and operating experience, these levers have supported outcomes such as double-digit margin uplift programmes, cost rationalisation across multi-market operations, redesign of sales and service functions, and embedding asset-light or platform-based models. Our role is to help leadership teams implement these changes at pace, ensuring operating models deliver efficiency alongside growth, and align with investor and board expectations.

Investor Readiness & Value Creation

We prepare companies to deliver on the levers that matter most to investors and boards: valuation uplift, IRR acceleration, and execution against deal theses. These levers, when applied with discipline, have supported outcomes such as successful fundraising and post-deal execution across 7–10 figure mandates, positioning for industry-grade valuation multiples, and translating post-deal commitments into measurable growth.
